The Southern Delaware Street Rod Association was formed in 1989 as an affiliate of the National Street Rod Association (NSRA). The requirements for membership are to own (finished or under construction) a car dating thirty years or older, attend a combination of three meetings or functions and enjoy the company of other street rodders.
